Os Sentidos do Prazer e o Prazer dos Sentidos. Algumas Notas relativas à Problemática do ao Prazer na Paideia Aristotélica

Pleasure plays an importante part in Aristotle's paideia. Through their adherence to pleasure, we can distinguish virtuous from non-virtuous men; but, in the end, pleasure has to be present in the life of the phronimos. In theoretical knowledge, pleasure is the starting-point of all learning; and the learning for its own sake is the most distinguishing feature of the sophos' life.
